Throughout his career, Angel has supported enterprise environments across the United States and Latin America, including large-scale agricultural operations where technology reliability directly impacts workforce coordination, field execution, operational visibility, and business continuity.
This experience inspired the development of the Agricultural Operational Continuity Framework (AOCF), a structured methodology designed to help agricultural organizations strengthen operational resilience and improve the reliability of technology-enabled operations.
